Popular Kapuso personality Drew Arellano shared a candid update on his social media platform about a significant personal decision — he underwent a vasectomy.

On Facebook, Drew posted a picture of himself grimacing while in a hospital bed. It was captioned: "Happy late and advanced Mother’s Day to my wife. HappyVA-SEC-TO-MEE. snipsnip. SarapYungSedativeAh."

The Mayo Clinic defines vasectomy as a type of birth control that prevents the penis from releasing sperm in fluid called semen during sex.
