Ilocos cops start absentee voting

CAMP Florendo, La Union – Lawmen have begun casting votes in the Local Absentee Voting in the Ilocos region, ensuring the active participation of police personnel in the May elections.

The LAV, designed to allow police officers deployed for election duties to exercise their right to vote in advance, was held at the PRO1 regional headquarters (RHQ) auditorium, serving personnel from the RHQ, Regional Mobile Force Battalion-1 (RMFB-1), RHQ Support Unit, and La Union Provincial Police Office (LUPPO);

The multi-purpose building, Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office (INPPO) for personnel from the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office;

The Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office in Camp President Elpidio R. Quirino, Bulag Bantay, Ilocos Sur;

The Magilas multi-purpose hall of the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office in Lingayen, Pangasinan for personnel from Pangasinan Police Provincial Police Office.

Reddy C. Balarbar, acting Regional Election Director, is monitoring the LAV from Apeil 28 to 30 to ensure its smooth and transparent execution.
