Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial candidate Makati City Mayor Abby Binay has gained the endorsement of more of her fellow local chief executives in Metro Manila with just roughly two weeks to go before the mid-term elections.
On Saturday, April 27, Binay formally gained the support of Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar and Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo Malapitan as far as her Senate bid was concerned.
Earlier, Binay received the endorsement of Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, and San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora.
Mayor Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar jointly raised Binay’s hands to signify their endorsement following a motorcade of Team Aguilar around Las Piñas City Saturday.
Binay also attended the District 2 Caloocan Grand Rally of Team Aksyon at Malasakit in Caloocan City where she was formally endorsed by Mayor Malapitan before his allies and constituents.

Binay thanked her fellow Metro Mayors for supporting her senatorial bid, and vowed to push for the implementation of Makati’s exemplary programs on health, education, and social welfare on a national scale.
“Nais kong matamasa ng bawat mamamayang Pilipino sa buong bansa ang mga benepisyong natatanggap ng mga taga-Makati,” Binay said.
(I want every Filipino in the country to achieve ththe benefits that Makati residents receive.)
The mid-term elections will take place on May 12.
