JPMorgan Chase unveils second strategic site in Manila
This second site of operation will house the JPMorgan Chase workforce in a state-of-the-art structure

JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, formally inaugurated its second site of operation in Uptown Bonifacio on April 23, 2025. Designed as a full co-location site, the JPMorganChase Center is close in proximity to the JPMorgan Chase & Co Tower that opened in 2022.

Salmo graced the milestone event with executives Deepak Mangla, CEO of India and Philippines Corporate Centers; David Beck, Chief Administrative Officer; Michelle Silwonuk, Head of Operations, International Consumer Banking; Carlos Ma. Mendoza, Senior Country Officer, Philippines; Dan Wilkening, CAO of Global and Head of Global Services; and Julie Harris, CAO and Global Head of Operations for Asset and Wealth Management Operations.

The state-of-the-art building spans 43,000 square feet per floor, accommodating approximately 8,000 seats. Certified with LEED Silver, it runs entirely on renewable energy with backup power systems, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainability. In addition, the building is equipped with a self-sufficient sewage treatment plant and real-time indoor air quality and ventilation monitoring system.
The facility enhances the employee experience with advanced collaboration spaces, including huddle rooms with dual screens and interactive digital boards for real-time brainstorming. Highlights are a cafeteria offering diverse cuisines and healthy options and a welcoming hospitality experience at its conference center. A wide array of amenities is available to support employee wellbeing and productivity, including de-stress areas, work cafés, hydration stations, a clinic, and arcade games areas.

Occupying two sites in Bonifacio Global City and The Corporate Center in Cebu which is located in IT Park – eBloc Towers 1 and 4 and Central Bloc Tower 2 (Cbloc 2), JPMorgan Chase currently employs over 20,000 employees who provide strategic support to the bank's global operations.
JPMorgan Chase launched its Global Service Center in Manila in 2005, and in Cebu in 2010. These corporate centers provide support, including analytics, finance and accounting voice-based services, transaction processing, and other functions, to its affiliates around the world for the firm’s consumer and community banking, commercial and investment bank, home lending, asset and wealth management, and international consumer bank lines of business, as well as its corporate functions.
JPMorgan Chase began its operations in the Philippines in 1961 with a representative office. Since then, the firm has expanded its presence into a fully integrated franchise, comprising investment banking, treasury and securities services, equity sales and research as well as foreign exchange and fixed-income trading operations. JPMorgan Chase has several legal entities operating in the country, including the Manila branch of the bank, which has a commercial banking license as well as a derivatives license, and a securities company with a seat on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
