A drug suspect was arrested after members of the Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) found P390,320 worth of shabu in his house on Friday, April 25.
Col. Joselito De Sesto, Pasay City Police chief, identified the suspect as alias “Kimoy.” He was nabbed at around 11:26 a.m. inside his house on Saint Mary St. in Barangay Maricaban, Pasay City.
The police conducted the anti-drug operation against the suspect based on a search warrant issued by Judge Rowena Nieves A. Tan of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 118 on April 24.
During the search, SDEU operatives confiscated 57.4 grams of shabu, one dark green purse, and a digital weighing scale.
The suspect was brought to the SDEU custodial facility after his arrest. He was charged for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
