A simpler way to own a home with Access Ayala Land

Access Ayala Land is a one-stop digital platform for homeowners of the real estate developer's residential brands, eliminating the need to go through multiple channels.

Owning a home should be simple. But between payment tracking, construction updates, and managing documents, the process can get overwhelming. That’s why the real estate developer Ayala Land launched Access Ayala Land, a digital platform designed to streamline everything in one place.

Instead of going through different channels, homeowners from its residential brands: Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia, can now manage their properties using one app. From a phone or laptop, they can check their balance, download receipts, book appointments, and even view construction updates if their property is still being built.

For many, it’s a welcome change. No more paperwork piles or unanswered emails. Everything is organized and easy to find.

Carissa Feria-Dare, Ayala Land vice president and head of project development for the Premium Residential Business Group, says the platform is part of a broader effort to improve the customer experience. “The platform delivers convenience and transparency in the home buying journey,” she shares.

Access Ayala Land is free and will be available to all eligible homeowners, who will receive activation details via email. It’s a step toward smarter homeownership—more practical, less complicated, and built for everyday use.
