Around P2.3 million worth of “shabu” was confiscated by anti-narcotics authorities from three drug suspects during a buy-bust operation in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur last Wednesday, April 23.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspects as Kandaw Sabal Lintongan, Nor-ain Canda Lintongan, and Mojahid Canda Tanondong, who were collared in Barangay Taguma.
The PDEA said 350 grams of shabu concealed in five heat-sealed plastic packs were seized from the drug suspects.
Authorities also confiscated several brown paper bags used as containers, a brown sling bag, a black pouch labeled ‘KINETIX,’ a keypad cellular phone, payong-payong (motorcycle with sidecar), and boodle money with a genuine P1,000 bill during the operation.
