Based on PAGASA’s forecast, the highest projected heat index is in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija where temperatures could feel like 45°C.

A heat index of 44°C may also be felt in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

The agency advised staying hydrated, avoiding outdoor activities during peak heat hours, and seeking shade or air-conditioned spaces when possible.
