According to the Office of the Mayor, several images have surfaced on social media falsely claiming that a certain “Megaforum Magazine Printing Services” is affiliated with the Malabon City government and has the endorsement of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval.

The city government has firmly denied any such connection.

“Ipinapaabot namin sa publiko na ang naturang larawan ay walang opisyal na kaugnayan sa aming tanggapan at ito ay ginagamit sa maling paraan upang ipahiwatig na ang Megaforum Magazine Printing Services ay kinikilala o suportado ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Malabon o ni Mayor Jeannie Sandoval — isang bagay na walang katotohanan (We would like to clarify to the public that these images have no official connection to our office and are being misused to suggest that Megaforum Magazine Printing Services is recognized or supported by the Malabon City Government or Mayor Jeannie Sandoval — a claim that is entirely untrue),” she said.

“Mariin naming pinabubulaanan ang anumang pahayag o materyales na nagsasaad ng ganitong klaseng koneksyon (We strongly refute any statements or materials suggesting this kind of affiliation),” Sandoval added.

She further emphasized that Megaforum Magazine Printing Services is not authorized, connected, or in any way representing the city government.

“Ang Megaforum Magazine Printing Services ay HINDI awtorisado, konektado, ni kinatawan ng lungsod o ng alkalde sa anumang opisyal na kapasidad (Megaforum Magazine Printing Services is NOT authorized, connected, nor a representative of the city government or the mayor in any official capacity),” she said.

Sandoval urged the public to remain vigilant and to verify information through official channels, warning that such misrepresentation undermines public trust and must be taken seriously.
