2 drug peddlers nabbed in Parañaque, yield P1.3M shabu

Members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) arrested two known drug suppliers in Parañaque and nearby cities during a buy-bust operation on April 24.

 

The police identified the suspects as alias “Malaa,” 26, and alias “Marjani,” 18. They were arrested at around 4:50 p.m. along Roxas Boulevard, Barangay Baclaran, Parañaque City.

 

The police said members of the PDEG, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), conducted a buy-bust operation for the arrest of the suspects who were both tagged as shabu suppliers in Parañaque City and nearby areas.

 

Two plastic packs containing 200 grams of shabu worth P1,360,000, two bundles of buy-bust money, a green eco-bag, and an Android phone were confiscated from the suspects.

 

The arrested suspects were detained at the police custodial facility and were charged for illegal possession of drugs.
