On April 22, Paseo De Lipa reached a significant milestone in its development with the unveiling of the model homes and East Entry Plaza. The formal event marked the community’s commitment to sustainable spaces that merge modern living with ecological design features.

The ceremony was led by Citihomes Builder and Development Inc. (CBDI) EVP John Philip Wang with Rev. Fr. Quin Magpantay of the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Anthony of Padua.

The momentous occasion gathered company leaders, partners, and guests who witnessed the debut of the community’s eco-conscious model homes and the East Entry Plaza, envisioned as the community’s symbolic gateway and central connection point.

“Today, we’re not just blessing buildings — we’re honoring a vision rooted in sustainability, design excellence, and community. The homes and plaza we’re presenting today reflect the values we’re building into every square meter of this development — innovation, livability, and environmental stewardship,” added Wang.

As part of Paseo de Lipa’s eco-ssentials features, the house models showcase green architecture principles, such as strategic orientation for natural ventilation, use of energy-efficient materials, rainwater collection provisions, and integration of natural light. To ensure the comfort and health of its future residents, each home is designed to reduce energy consumption.

The newly opened East Entry Plaza is a landscaped open space featuring native plant species, shaded walking paths, solar-powered lighting, and permeable surfaces that reduce heat and improve stormwater drainage. This landmark serves not only as a welcoming entrance but also as a communal space that promotes well-being and environmental harmony of residents and guests.

The blessing of these latest structures showcases the deep commitment by Paseo De Lipa to develop a master-planned community grounded in sustainability — with walkable spaces, green zones, and amenities that support a healthier lifestyle and a lighter footprint on the environment.

With CBDI as its developer, Paseo De Lipa continues to draw attention as one of the region’s remarkable developments that blend nature, architecture, and purpose to create a thriving residential destination.

Launched in January 2025, Paseo De Lipa is a master-planned community in Lipa City, Batangas, designed with a clear focus on sustainable living, modern design, and holistic well-being. Offering green homes, lifestyle amenities, and nature-forward spaces, Paseo De Lipa redefines suburban life for multi-generational families with comfort, connectivity, and care for the environment.
