Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, who has the proclivity to amuse people with his honest-to-goodness and unscripted actions, is now the one being entertained after a tarpaulin was installed in a house in city showing him in dressed in a graduation toga with messages of good luck and congratulations on his third mayoral win.

“Huy sinong nagpagawa nito ba't ganiyan?? Na pressure akong mag-review (Who made this, and why does it look like that?? Now I suddenly feel the pressure to review!),” he said with crying and laughing emojis.

Many netizens reacted with “claim it,” showing the strong trust the people of Pasig have in him. 

Some also said they will make sure the mayor's slate wins, urging a straight vote for the “Giting ng Pasig” ticket.
