Two party-list groups may win the maximum number of seats in the House of Representatives, based on the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey conducted from April 11 to 15.

The survey, commissioned by Stratbase Consultancy, revealed that 4Ps received 8.08 of the intended party-list vote, while Duterte Youth garnered 7.32 percent.

Both groups surpassed the six percent threshold required and may secure three guaranteed seats each under the party-list system.

Meanwhile, Asenso Pinoy received 4.08 percent of the vote, qualifying for two seats.

ACT-CIS followed with 3.55 percent, FPJ Panday Bayanihan with 3.51 percent, Tingog with 3.02 percent, Senior Citizens with 2.55 percent, and Ako Bicol with 2.34 percent.

Each of these met the two percent minimum needed to obtain one seat.

The Stratbase-SWS survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 1,800 registered voters aged 18 and above nationwide.

Respondents, drawn from Metro Manila (300), Balance Luzon (900), the Visayas (300), and Mindanao (300), filled out a mock ballot listing 155 party-list names based on the Commission on Elections’ revised ballot template.

Sampling error margins are ±2.31 percent nationally, ±3.27 percent for Balance Luzon, and ±5.66 percent for the other regions.
