The facility, operated by Angcore Motor Company Inc., represents a strategic move to strengthen the brand's presence in Southern Philippines.
Located along Purok Palen National Highway in Labangal, Chery Gensan occupies a 1,000-square-meter space featuring the brand's global showroom identity and comprehensive aftersales facilities. The dealership is equipped with 16 service bays designed to meet the maintenance and repair needs of current and future Chery customers in the region.
The opening ceremony was attended by several executives, including Edgar Ang, President of Angcore Motor Company Inc.; Tobi Ang, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Operations; Rommel Sytin, Chairman of United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI); Franz Decloedt, Chery Auto Philippines Brand Head; Lito Landicho, UAAGI Vice President for Customer Service; and Nikko Sayson, Chery Auto Philippines Sales Deputy Director.

"UAAGI’s partnership with Chery Gensan is focused on further enhancing the Chery brand and its aftersales services and reliable customer support with the goal of expanding accessibility to Filipino car buyers, especially in Mindanao," said Decloedt during the inauguration.
The General Santos location is part of Chery Auto Philippines' broader strategy to bring its lineup of crossovers and SUVs closer to customers throughout the country. The brand aims to build customer trust through strong local partnerships and consistent service delivery.
Chery Auto is currently present in over 80 countries and continues to expand its global reach. In the Philippines, the brand is distributed by UAAGI, a company with more than 25 years of experience in automotive distribution and customer service.
