SJ Belangel continued his stellar display in the Korean Basketball League, powering the Daegu KOGAS Pegasus to a 92-61 demolition of the Seoul Samsung Thunders on Tuesday, April 1.

Fueled by two consecutive wins, the Pegasus turned on the jets early and gave the Thunders a heavy beating en route to a 31-point thrashing.
It marked their 27th victory against 25 defeats to remain at fifth place.
Belangel starred for Daegu with 19 points on top of three rebounds, one assist, and one steal in less than 20 minutes of play, while four of his teammates notched double-digit scoring as well to anchor their offense.
It was the fifth straight game that the former Ateneo guard listed 10 or more points, highlighted by his 23 in their 79-74 loss to the Ethan Alvano-led Wonju DB Promy last March 22.
His compatriot Justin Gutang also impressed with 14 points, two rebounds, and two steals to support former NBA player Glenn Robinson III’s 19-point output for Seoul.
The Thunders fell deeper with their 36th loss with only 15 victories.
Up next for Belangel and the Pegasus are JD Cagulangan and the Suwon KT Sonicboom Saturday, April 5.
