Janine wrote: "It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mami and mamita, Pilita Corrales.
"Pilita touched the lives of many, not only with her songs but also with her kindness and generosity. She will be remembered for her contributions to the entertainment industry, but most of all for her love of life and family.
"Please join us with your prayers and kind thoughts as we celebrate her beautiful life," she said.
Janine also shared the demise of Nora on social media.
"With sorrowful hearts, we share the passing of our grandmother, Mama Guy. A treasure to our family but truly always more the people's than ours. She had a life of giving her immeasurable love to everyone she touched whether on screen, through music, or in person.
"We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support. Please keep our family in your prayers, especially Mama, Uncle Ian, Ate Matet, Kuya Kiko, and Ken, as we say goodbye.
"We find comfort in knowing she, the one and only Superstar, will be forever loved," she added.
The remains of Nora and Pilita lie at Heritage Park, Bonifacio City, in Taguig City.
The final interment details for Pilita have not been revealed. But Nora will be given a state funeral on Tuesday, April 22.
Kristoffer Ian de Leon, son of Nora, said the details for his mother's state funeral have not been finalized.
Causes of deaths
According to veteran actress Jackie Lou Blanco, her mother, Pilita, died in her sleep with no lingering illness.

In an interview with ABS-CBN, Pilita's children, Jackie Lou and Ramon Christopher, expressed gratitude that their mother did not suffer during her final days.
“She died in her sleep, actually, which I am very thankful for. Hindi na nahirapan. Hindi na-hospital. Wala siyang lingering illness. Para sa akin, okay na ‘yun. (She didn't have any difficulty. She wasn't hospitalized. She doesn't have any lingering illness. For me, that's okay)," Jackie Lou said.
Pilita's children mentioned that she has always experienced heart problems and memory loss. “Mommy always had a heart problem," Jackie Lou also said.
Ramon added: “Lately, yung memory. Pero health-wise, okay naman siya. (Lately, the memory. But health-wise, she's okay)."

The siblings stated that they chose not to investigate the specific details surrounding their mother's death.
On Nora, Ian said his mom did not die while undergoing an operation.
"She did not. She was being operated on, and after that, she had a hard time breathing, and eventually, all things went downhill from there, and that's why they had to do another procedure after that," Ian said in an interview by GMA Network.
