Dr. Kenneth Hizon came out into the open after he was identified by Kathryn Bernardo as her first crush during an episode on Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) recently.

During an interview on TV Patrol recently, Kenneth said he was surprised when his friends started tagging him about the video clip of Kathryn on 'PGT.' Then, netizens began posting childhood photos of Kathryn in Cabanatuan, where she grew up.

"Nagulat ako. But when my friends started tagging me ng 'PGT' clip ni Kathryn, nagulat talaga ako. Inisip ko ako ba talaga yun? So nag reminisce ako. I'm not sure," the doctor initially said when interviewed by entertainment broadcaster MJ Felipe.

Kenneth confirmed he and Kathryn were classmates in the nursery.

"Hindi ko lang maalala kung hanggang Grade 1 or Grade 2. But we were classmates before," he added. "Kapag nakita mo siya, bright kid siya. Masayahin siya at maganda."

During the PGT episode, Kathryn said she just ignored her crush.

"Ang napansin ko talaga sa kanya is never niya akong pinansin. Hindi ko alam kung bakit siya ganun. So hindi ko alam kung sa akin lang ba sya ganun or sa ibang tao rin," Kenneth said.

Kenneth said he was happy for the success of Kathryn. "Hi, Kathryn! I hope you are doing well. If your busy time allows us, I hope we can catch up."

Just like Kathryn, Kenneth is still single. Kenneth said his parents were excited when the name of Kathryn came up.
