“We are deeply grateful to JINHO for his dedication and hard work, and will cheer for his bright future as he begins a new chapter in his journey. We kindly ask for your continued support and warm encouragement for JINHO moving forward,” it said.
On Instagram, Jinho wrote, “I would like to thank Cube Entertainment for their dedication to me and the team for over 10 years! Please look forward to and show lots of love for my future musical world and stories. I'll be back with good news!
Pentagon debuted in 2016.
In 2023, Cube Entertainment said it ended its exclusive contracts with Pentagon members Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok.
“We had a long and honest conversation with Pentagon members ahead of their exclusive contracts expiring. After careful discussion, we have ended the exclusive contracts with Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok,” the agency said then.
Member Hongseok followed, leaving the agency in the same year.
With Jinho’s departure from the agency, only Hui and Shinwon will remain in the company.
