After four decades, Perpetual is finally an NCAA juniors champion.

Fueled by last year’s heartbreak, the Junior Altas stepped on the gas in the second half and demolished the La Salle Greenhills Greenies, 101-67, to capture the Season 100 crown at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City Tuesday, April 15.
Perpetual carried the lessons from its Game 2 collapse and leaned on the big performances of Season and Finals MVP Lebron James Daep, Mythical Five member Jan Roluna, and Most Improved Player Jericho Cristino.
Team manager and Vice President for Sports Anton Tamayo said the victory was extra special as it coincided with the 50th founding anniversary of the school this year.
Junior Altas head coach Joph Cleopas was also elated after they erased the bad memory of last year's meltdown.
"It's a great season for us, they showed what we worked hard for during the whole year of preparation," Cleopas said.
