Aquino, supporters hold motorcade in Metro Manila as campaign period nears end

Former senator and senatorial candidate Bam Aquino marked the last week before Election Day with a motorcade across Metro Manila to bring his platform of free education and guaranteed job to voters.

The former senator and his celebrity-supporters conducted the motorcade on Sunday, May 4.

The motorcade has so far brought them to Tunasan, Muntinlupa; CAA Road, Las Piñas; A. Santuico, Makati; and Tramo, Pasay.

In the afternoon, Aquino and his group are set to go around the cities of Mandaluyong, Quezon, and Valenzuela.

During his stops, the former senator shared about the plans and programs he wishes to push for if he wins in the May 12 polls.

“Mga kasama ilang araw na lang, kaunting pagod na lang, konting tulak na lang, ipapanalo po natin ito. Sama sama tayo (My friends, in just a few days, with a little more work, a bit more push, we can win this. Let’s be together),” he said as he appealed for support.

Those in A. Santuico and Tramo thanked Aquino for stopping over to visit them since the former senator was the only senatorial candidate who campaigned in their area.

Aquino was accompanied by celebrities and influencers Iza Calzado, Bea Binene, Elijah Canlas, Kerwin King, Zion Aguirre, Niño San Jose, Andrea Guevarra, Dr. JM Dela Cruz Dangane, and Gabe Pineda.

The LPGMA Partylist and Team Batang Regasco were also part of the motorcade.
