The vivo V50 Lite is out now.

It's priced at P13,999 and features a 50MP camera, 6500mAh, and an impressive 90W FlashCharge.

vivo boasts the V50 Lite is for power-users who are always on the go, thanks to its 6500mAh battery. vivo says 90W FlashCharge can charge the V50 Lite up to 50% within 20 minutes.

vivo puts forward the BlueVolt technology. It supports a five-year battery health guarantee. With that, vivo promises that you won't be running out of battery within seconds after stepping out of your home. Also, five years sounds very nice. Just in time before your next big upgrade.

vivo is also making big claims that the V50 Lite has a SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance and comes with a "Comprehensive Cushioning Structure," which they claim improves fall resistance by 20%. So what vivo is saying here, it's a tough phone, not super tough, but you shouldn't worry too much if it drops once or twice. It's also IP65 and IP69, giving it a dash of water resistance.

What vivo has shown that had been jaw dropping every time is their camera. The V50 Lite comes with a 50MP rear camera and the Aura Light setup -- which is, if you're not familiar, essentially a customized ring-light fit into a smartphone.

Also AI of course. AI Image Studio comes with AI Erase, which, yes, removes background stuff that you don't want. Circle to Search, AI Live Text, AI Translate, all here, and also the AI SuperLink, which is something I suspect is about staying connected.
