Shell Pilipinas Corporation to hold Notice of Annual Stockholders' Meeting for 2025

SHELL PILIPINAS CORPORATION will be holding its annual meeting of stockholders on May 13, 2025, Tuesday at 1:00 PM virtually through Shell Operated Webcast. Stockholders may participate in the meeting by remote communication and by voting through the Chairman of the Board as proxy.
