Filipino actor Inigo Pascual has gained recognition in Hollywood through the TV series "Monarch," in which he stars alongside Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon. Despite this achievement, he remains humble and deeply rooted in his passion for acting in the Philippines.

This is why Iñigo accepted the role of Alex Dela Cruz in "Fatherland", even before knowing the details. Based in the US, Inigo flew from Los Angeles to the Philippines to do the Joel Lamangan masterpiece written by Roy Iglesias.

Iñigo plays a Fil-Am son searching for his Filipino father, portrayed by award-winning actor Allen Dizon, from whom Iñigo was separated at the age of seven.

In his journey, Inigo discovers that his missing father has multiple disorders. He also finds out about his father's physical and political struggles, which parallel the social problems that plague its people and institutions.

Iñigo is excited to see the final print of “Fatherland,” which special screenings he missed while he was in the US, luckily surviving the L.A. wildfires in February.

He enjoyed shooting with Jeric Gonzales, Rico Barrera, Abed Green, Kazel Kinouchi, and showbiz royalties Ara Davao and Bo Bautista.

Director Joel Lamangan and other cast members praised Iñigo's competence and professionalism on set.

Direk Joel said he was pleased with Iñigo's ability to sink into his character's psyche. He was open to suggestions on how he would attack his role.

For Inigo, “Fatherland” is an important film. In addition to his dramatic encounters with his father, Juan dela Cruz, his journey also tackles national problems like land. grabbing and other issues.
