Three persons were hurt when a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank exploded while being installed in a store in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal on March 28.
The injured individuals were a 54-year-old female, her son, and a 21-year-old man. They sustained severe burns in the different parts of their bodies.
They were brought to a nearby hospital for treatment of their severe burn injuries.
According to the relative of the victims, they did not know that the LPG tank had a leak.
When the tank was being installed, other burners were open since some people were also cooking.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is still investigating the incident.
