
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) recently honored its top-performing dealerships and professionals during the annual Toyota Dealer Awards, held as part of the 2025 Dealer Conference. The annual event recognized outstanding dealers, marketing professionals, and service advisers for their important sales and service excellence contributions.
Recognizing excellence in dealership performance

The most prestigious accolade, the President’s Award of Excellence, was awarded to three dealerships based on their business division. Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. (TMR) secured the top spot in the large business division, Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. (TNI) won in the medium business division, and Toyota Tarlac City (TTA) took home the award in the small business division. This award is given to dealerships that demonstrate outstanding performance across all aspects of operations and achieve the highest ratings in their respective categories.
Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. also earned the President’s Value Chain Award, recognizing its excellence in integrating services across Toyota’s operations. Meanwhile, Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. was honored with the President’s Customer Satisfaction Cup of Excellence Award for its customer service excellence.
TMP Chairman Alfred V. Ty re-emphasized Toyota’s mission during his address, stating, “I would like to remind Team Toyota Philippines of our mission of making ever-better products and creating happiness. Let us unite our efforts as one Toyota to remain number one in the hearts of every Filipino.”
Top performers in the dealer network
Several other dealerships were also recognized for their outstanding contributions. Toyota San Fernando, Pampanga, Inc. and Toyota Pasig ranked as the first and second runners-up in the large business division. In the medium business division, Toyota Silang, Cavite, Inc. and Toyota North EDSA secured second and third place, respectively. Toyota Subic, Inc. and Toyota Plaridel, Bulacan, were acknowledged as the top runners-up in the small business division.
Apart from the dealership awards, TMP also recognized winners in the Toyota Dealer Achievement Award – Overall Operations, the Toyota Award of Excellence – Operations Performance, and various special award categories.

TMP President Masando Hashimoto expressed his gratitude for the dedication of Toyota’s dealer network, saying, “2024 was indeed a year of challenges, and we overcame it all through your hard work and dedication. As we step into 2025, we do so with gratitude for our continuous partnership, and we are very excited for the road ahead.”
Celebrating individual achievements in sales and service

The Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) Awards recognized exceptional marketing professionals and service advisers for their contributions to Toyota’s customer experience. Among the TOPS Club Elite Members acknowledged for their exemplary performance in sales were Richard Taqueban Amanse of Toyota Quezon Avenue, Inc., Janine Eugenio Mendoza of Toyota North EDSA, Aldrin Hernandez Garcia of Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc., Ivy Marie Torres Latosquin of Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc., and Marvin Balason Aloria of Toyota Batangas City, Inc.
Ramil Angelo de Guzman Tantay of Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. was named the TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year for outstanding sales performance and customer engagement. In the service category, the TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year was awarded to Vladimir John Pangilinan Yutuc of Toyota Tarlac City, while Ma. Precious Claire Perez Castro of Toyota Isabela, Inc. was named the TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year.
