Malacañang has yet to have information whether Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Ivan Uy has resigned from his post.

Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said they have no update yet on the reported resignation of Uy.
"Actually, kagabi ko pa po iyan itinatanong pero as of the moment, wala pa po tayong update (Actually, I have been asking for an update about it last night but as of the moment, we have no update yet)," Castro said in a Palace briefing on Thursday, March 6.
"Kung siya man po ay nag-resign, kung mayroon pong letter siyang pinadala na po, kailangan pa po itong ma-accept ng ating Pangulo. So, so far, wala pa po tayong update (If he resigned, or he has sent a letter, this needs to be accepted by the President. So, so far, we have no update about it)," Castro added.
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) official further said that there is no confirmation whether the DICT chief has sent his resignation letter.
She added that if there was a letter, there is no acceptance from President Marcos as well.
The DICT also said nothing is official yet regarding the reported resignation of Uy.
DICT Assistant Secretary Aboy Paraiso said "the Secretary still continues to attend to his official duties and responsibilities" as of Thursday.
Castro was also asked for an update on the evaluation of Cabinet members. She said, there is no update about it yet.
