A utility worker identified by the police as the District’s Top 4 most wanted fugitive was arrested for rape by members of the Parañaque City Police on March 3.
The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as alias “Jervis,” 33. He was arrested at a convenience store in Barangay San Donisio, Parañaque City.
Jervis was arrested by members of the Parañaque City Police's Warrant and Subpoena Section by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Rape by Sexual Assault (under Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A. No. 8353), in relation to Section 5(B) of R.A. 7610.
The police said the warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Marie Grace Javier Ibay of Parañaque Regional Trial Court, Branch 194, on February 10, 2025 with a recommended bail of P120,000.
The suspect was detained at the Parañaque City Police custodial facility after his arrest.
