  • Organized by the HERO (Help Educate and Rear Orphans) Foundation Inc., the annual charity golf tournament aims to raise funds for the educational needs of orphaned children and dependent siblings of soldiers who were either permanently incapacitated or became casualties during combat and disaster relief operations.

All is set for the seventh edition of the HERO Golf Cup happening on Friday, March 7, at the Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course.

Organized by the HERO (Help Educate and Rear Orphans) Foundation Inc., the annual charity golf tournament aims to raise funds for the educational needs of orphaned children and dependent siblings of soldiers who were either permanently incapacitated or became casualties during combat and disaster relief operations.

Tickets are pegged at P3,500 inclusive of green fee, registration fee, lunch and raffle.

Tee off starts at 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Hole in One sponsors are The Turf Company and Parikit Manila, while Platinum sponsors are Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Globe Telecom Inc. and ACEN Corporation.

Gold sponsors are Conjug8 Corporation, Cathay Land Inc., Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), while Silver sponsor is Pacific Paint Philippines (BOYSEN).

Bronze sponsors, meanwhile, are SM Prime Holdings Inc., Nickel Asia Corporation, Apex Mining Co. Inc., Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), NewPort World Resorts, Development Bank of the Philippines, and Petron Corp.
