Caelan Tiongson is going viral – well, not solely for his on-court play but also for being rumored to be dating popular P-Pop group member BINI Aiah.

Tiongson was seen at the crowd during the Grand BINIverse concert at the Philippine Arena a couple of weeks ago, while Aiah was in attendance in the Rain or Shine’s semifinals game against TNT at the PhilSports Arena.

Each other’s sightings in their respective endeavors immediately sparked dating rumors online.

Of course, a lot of fans are naturally curious on what is the real score between the two while others, particularly non-basketball fans, began to take notice of the hardcourt heartthrob.

For starters, Tiongson is a 32-year-old rookie forward playing for the Elasto Painters and one of the vital cogs to the three straight semifinals appearance of the team. He also played in various leagues overseas before finally deciding to take his act in the PBA

Tiongson, of course, is more than just a pretty face and ROS' poster boy.

The veteran forward has been one of ROS’ best defenders and the team’s designated import stopper. He’s also a capable offensive player at the post while also having a decent perimeter threat.

Head coach Yeng Guiao even called Tiongson as the team’s swiss army knife – something he has been living up to so far in the semifinals series against TNT.

He was able to make life hard for Tropang Giga import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson while also pouring 18 points on the offensive end.

“The points, it doesn’t matter who it comes from. So I’m just happy we got a win. I'm happy that we clawed our way back. I think we were in both those first two games that we lost and we think we could have won them. So now we’re really looking forward to trying to even up the series,” said Tiongson after ROS’ 103-98 win in Game 3.

As for whether BINI Aiah was behind the inspiration of his stellar play, Tiongson rather kept it safe.

“Like I said before, I met Aiah through a mutual friend at church and all I’m going to say is that she’s a really great person,” said Tiongson.
