BACOLOD CITY – A 21-year-old business administration student from Victorias City, Negros Occidental was crowned Lin-ay sang Negros 2025 on Friday, March 28.

It was the second straight title for the city following Kyla Rose Romarate in 2024. The city secured its fourth crown. Other winners were Maria Victorias Durana (2000) and Alyssa Jimenea-Montecino (2016).
Jada Biaxyl Celeste bested 26 other candidates during the coronation night at the Panaad Park and Stadium here on Friday, March 28.
Celeste won P80,000 and was the Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swimwear.
She was Victorias City’s 2024 Kadalag-an Queen and joined MassKara Queen here in 2023 where she landed in the Top 5.
Victorias City Mayor Javier Benitez was elated with the victory. “We didn’t just show up, we earned this,” he said in a Facebook post.
Maxine Louise Martin of Ilog was the first runner-up and Julianah Cassandra Makilan of Manapla was second runner-up and Miss Photogenic.
Also in the Top 5 were Toboso’s Chattea Cajucson and Hinigaran’s Susmita Angelique Ramos who won Best in Festival Costume.
Sagay’s Rochelle Cabanyog was Best in Talent and Himamaylan’s Jorelyn Cabatac was Miss Congeniality. La Castellana's Chermaine Faith Semillano was named Muse of the Media.
Celebrity guest Prince Argel Saycon serenaded the candidates during the coronation night hosted by Robi Domingo and Pauline Dimaranan.
Judges were Miss Earth 2004 Priscilla Meirelles, veteran actress Tessie Tomas, Miss Asia-Pacific International third runner-up Blessa Ericha Figueroa, Lin-ay sang Negros 2007 Dr. Christer Mari Taclobos, and Engr. Lord Lee Van Burgos, ACEN OPS vice president.
The pageant was part of the highlight of the 29th Panaad sa Negros Festial this year.
