Devoted couple suffers consequences of their bad choices in 'Delusyon'

A devoted couple suffers the consequences of their bad choices in “Delusyon,” a film by Carby Salvador (Package Deal).

It all begins when Noli (Ardy Raymundo) resorts to robbery and gets shot in the process. Naturally, his wife Esmeralda (Apple Dy) has to find ways to get him medical care and guidance for his impending legal battles. 

Her solution is to give in to the sexual advances of Captain (Gboy Pablo) in exchange for financial assistance. When Noli finds out about the affair from a neighbor (Racquel Enriquez), he is consumed by rage and heartbreak, triggering a psychotic breakdown. 

With his now distorted perception of love and intimacy, Noli introduces disturbing practices into their relationship. Esmeralda can’t refuse because of her guilt and love for him. 

Meanwhile, Noli is fixated on confronting the Captain. In his present state of mind, there’s no telling what he can do once he comes face to face with Captain. Esmeralda knows that this version of Noli is no longer the man she fell in love with. And to have any hope of healing not just for Noli but for herself as well, Esmeralda must make a drastic move.
