Malabon City Congresswoman and mayoral candidate Jaye Lacson-Noel, her husband, congressional candidate Bem Noel, and their Serbisyong Buong Puso party kicked off their campaign in Barangay San Agustin and Longos on Friday, March 28.

Prior to their house-to-house campaign, Lacson-Noel and her team attended a Mass at San Bartolome Parish, emphasizing the importance of faith and guidance in their leadership.
Their campaign focuses on delivering genuine change and better governance for the city.
Bem Noel highlighted their commitment to ensuring a cleaner and more efficiently managed Malabon.
“Ito na ang umpisa ng pagbabago ng Malabon (This is the beginning of change in Malabon),” he said.
He assured residents that persistent issues in the city would not just be acknowledged but actively addressed under their leadership.
“Gagawin natin ang lahat para maging malinis at maayos ang pamamalakad ng Malabon. Sisiguraduhin natin na ang mga matagal nang nireklamong kakulangan ay hindi na mananatiling reklamo—lahat ng ‘yan ay bibigyan natin ng solusyon (We will do everything to ensure Malabon is clean and well-managed. We will make sure that long-standing complaints do not remain as mere grievances—we will find solutions for all of them),” he said.
Noel added that solutions to various concerns are already in place and will be implemented transparently and effectively.
“Actually, meron na ‘yan. Ilalatag na lang natin lahat (The solutions are already there; we just need to implement them fully),” he explained.
He also expressed confidence that Malabon residents would witness the positive transformation of their city.
“Pagdating ng tamang panahon, makikita ng buong Malabon ang tamang ayos ng ating lungsod (When the right time comes, the entire Malabon will see our city in its best and proper state),” he added.
