Malapitan, Team Aksyon at Malasakit start local campaign

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan and his Team Aksyon at Malasakit slate officially kicked off their campaign on Friday, March 28.

They started the campaign after a holy mass at San Roque Cathedral Parish. Their supporters later joined the gathering at Plaza Rizal, followed by a miting de avance in Barangay 137.

Malapitan expressed gratitude for the unwavering support he has received during his term and for his re-election bid.

"Sa ilang taon kong pagseserbisyo bilang Mayor ng mga Batang Kankaloo, naramdaman ko po ang inyong suporta at mainit na pagtanggap (In my years of service as Mayor of Batang Kankaloo, I have felt your support and warm welcome),” he said.

"Marami na tayong nagawa para sa ikauunlad ng ating minamahal na lungsod, at iyon ay naging posible lamang sa tulong ninyo at sa gabay po ng Panginoon (We have accomplished a lot for the progress of our beloved city, and that was only made possible with your help and the guidance of the Lord),” he added.

The mayor also assured residents that more initiatives and programs will be implemented for the city.

"Simula pa lamang ito. Marami pa po tayong magagawa (This is just the beginning—there is still much more we can do),” Malapitan said.
