Over the next 24 hours, the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, will bring cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms to the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Caraga.
The easterlies may also affect the rest of the country, except for Batanes and Babuyan Islands, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the northeasterly wind flow is expected to bringcloudy and rainy conditions over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
PAGASA said the low-pressure area previously located east of Mindanao has dissipated.
