Over P1.3-M shabu seized from 2 drug pushers in Caloocan buy-bust

Two drug pushers were arrested after police seized from them some P1,394,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 71, Caloocan City on Wednesday, March 26.

Operatives of Caloocan City Police Station-Drug Enforcement Unit (CCPS-DEU) collared the suspects, aged 19 and 51, both tagged as high-value individuals, at 9:59 p.m.

Based on the police report, the two suspects were nabbed after a police officer posed as a buyer of illegal drugs.

Authorities confiscated a total of 205 grams of shabu worth P1,394,000

The arrested suspects will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said. (Jhoana Mae Delfin)
