Winford Resort and Casino Manila, in collaboration with 888 Horsemen Group Inc., is launching Manila’s first luxury junket and VIP club, aiming to redefine the city's high-stakes gaming landscape and attract elite players.
In a statement on Wednesday, March 26, 888 Horsemen said the new VIP gaming operations will be located at Winford’s main concourse and offer exclusive access to premium players.
Jackson Chua Jr., 888 Horsemen president, said the partnership "marks a new era for Manila’s luxury gaming scene," blending world-class service with exclusive entertainment.
Jeffrey Evora, Winford Resorts and Casino president, meanwhile, said that the partnership "elevates our position as a premier gaming destination," allowing them to attract distinguished guests.
The club will feature high-stakes gaming tables, state-of-the-art electronic gaming machines, and exclusive VIP lounges.
Moreover, the transformation of Winford’s third and fourth floors into an elite gaming hub is currently underway, with a soft opening planned for May.
The company said this initiative is expected to boost Winford Resort & Casino’s VIP gaming segment, drive tourism, and elevate the overall casino experience in the country.
The partnership between Winford and 888 Horsemen was formalized on March 18, 2025, with the signing of a memorandum of agreement.
