The Valenzuela City government provided financial assistance to families affected by recent fires in two villages on Wednesday, March 26.

A total of P526,000 was distributed to 54 families, including five from Marulas, 48 from Pinalagad Street, and one from Bukid Street in Malinta.
The initiative aims to support residents who lost their homes or property.
In recent days, the city experienced multiple fire incidents.
On Saturday, March 22, a fire broke out in a residential area in Pinalagad, Malinta.
Another fire occurred on Sunday, March 23, on Liwayway Street, Barangay Marulas.
Meanwhile, a separate fire affected one family in Bukid, Malinta, on March 12. (Jhoana Mae Delfin)
