Charles Leclerc brings his passion for music to Chivas Regal

Charles Leclerc is best known for his speed on the Formula 1 circuit, but beyond the racetrack, the Ferrari driver finds rhythm in a different way—through music. Now, his love for both precision and creativity has found a new outlet as the global brand ambassador for Chivas Regal.

In this multi-year partnership, Leclerc joins the iconic whisky brand to celebrate the art of blending—whether it’s the craftsmanship behind whisky or the delicate notes of a piano. A self-taught pianist and composer, Leclerc has shared his musical journey with fans, showcasing a side of himself that’s often unseen in the high-speed world of F1.

For Leclerc, whisky and music share a deeper connection than most might expect. Chivas Regal notes that the 88 keys of a piano mirror the 85 flavor notes of Chivas 18 Year Old, highlighting the parallels between precision in music and the meticulous process of whisky blending.

To kick off the collaboration, Chivas Regal and Leclerc are hosting an exclusive, one-night-only piano bar pop-up in Melbourne on March 11, ahead of the 2025 Formula 1 season. Set against an intimate and stylish backdrop, the event will blend the worlds of whisky and music, giving guests a taste of Leclerc’s artistic side beyond the track.
