Southern Police District nabs Baguio's most wanted person

The Southern Police District (SPD) arrested Baguio’s most wanted person for murder in a joint operation on March 18.

Joint operatives from the SPD District Special Operations, SPD District Intelligence Division, Intelligence Section of SPD District Mobile Force Battalion, Baguio police Station 7, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Baguio, and the Muntinlupa police executed a warrant of arrest for murder against alias Mark.

He was arrested in Lower Lourdes Subdivision, Barangay Happy Homes, Baguio.

Mark was tagged as the Baguio police’s top most wanted person for the first quarter of the year and the No. 1 top most wanted person at the city level.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Presiding Judge Heherson Casareno of the Baguio Regional Trial Court Branch 7 on March 18.

He was taken to the Baguio police station for documentation, pending the return of the warrant of arrest to the court.
