The Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS) received 40 new motorcycles and 25 police vehicles from the city government on Thursday, March 20, to enhance law enforcement capabilities and public safety.

The turnover ceremony took place at the ALERT Multi-Purpose Center Hall where local officials emphasized the city's commitment to strengthening its police force.
According to the city’s Public Information Office (PIO), the city government allocated P49,000,000 for the new vehicles as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain peace and order.
The initiative also aims to ensure that the police officers can effectively perform their duties to ensure the safety of the residents.

The local government also launched the ValPlex initiative which facilitated the distribution of 2,766 vehicle plates to tricycle drivers.
Councilor Sel Sabino-Sy coordinated with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to expedite the release of vehicle plate numbers, ensuring a smoother registration process for local drivers.
