Over P1-M shabu seized in Marikina buy-bust

Police confiscated some P1,190,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Concepcion Dos, Marikina City on Wednesday, March 19.

The Station Drug Enforcement Unit of the Marikina City Police Station identified the suspect as "Boyet."

The suspect yielded 170 grams of shabu during the operation.

He is temporarily detained at Marikina CPS custodial facility and is facing charges for violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). (Vincent Brian Gutierrez)
