Globe Telecom, Inc. to hold the 2025 Annual Stockholders Meeting on April 22

Globe Telecom, Inc. will hold its virtual Annual Stockholders' Meeting (ASM) on April 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via https://conveneagm.com/ph/2025GLOBEASM.

Only stockholders as of March 7, 2025, are entitled to be notified of the ASM and vote in absentia, electronically or by proxy, subject to validation procedures. Those joining by remote communication must notify the company via email by April 9, 2025, or register via Convene AGM starting March 26, 2025. Proxy forms must be submitted by April 8, 2025, to the Corporate Secretary's office at the 37th Floor, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo de Roxas cor. Makati Avenue, Makati City, or via [email protected]. Proxy validation is on April 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
