Only stockholders as of March 7, 2025, are entitled to be notified of the ASM and vote in absentia, electronically or by proxy, subject to validation procedures. Those joining by remote communication must notify the company via email by April 9, 2025, or register via Convene AGM starting March 26, 2025.
