Fire hits residential area in Pasay City

A fire broke out in a residential area at M. Dela Cruz corner Rodriguez Street, Pasay City on Sunday, March 2.

According to Pasay City Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP) the fire occurred at around 11:15 a.m. and was placed under control at 11:31 a.m.

SFOI Rezmond Germino, Pasay BFP spokesperson said three families were rendered homeless during the incident and no injury reported.

A total of 16 firetrucks responded on the incident.

Arson probers placed the estimated damage to property at P45,000.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.
