The recognition highlighted the achievements of the Filipina softbelles in the international scene as they keep up in putting the country in the sport’s global map.

Team captains Charlotte Sales and Angelu Gabriel accepted the trophy on behalf of the squad, who has long been a dominant force in the Southeast Asian scene.

Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines (ASAPHIL) President Jean Henri Lhuillier lauded the Blu Girls’ latest feat, saying: “The PH Blu Girls have consistently shown the world the talent and resilience of Filipina athletes. Their journey is a testament to their hard work, discipline, and commitment to excellence. I have no doubt that they will continue to inspire future generations to pursue their passion for sports, proving that Filipinas can excel on the world stage.”
