Nadine Lustre, Christophe Bariou react to netizen's unsavory comment

Nadine Lustre took to social media recently to share a screen shot of a vile comment directed towards her.

The comment read: “Sana ma-r*p* ka ng adik.”

The actress wryly reacted: “One of the many that did not pass the vibe check."

The comment has since been removed from the actress’ post as of writing.

Her boyfriend, Christophe Bariou re-posted the same, writing, "Imagine if your girlfriend, wife, sister, mother or daughter were publicly threatened with r*p* simply for expressing her opinion. How would you react?”

In an Instagram Story, Christophe shared a screenshot of another comment from the same netizen that read, “Thanks people for sharing your thoughts. Trigger kayo masyado. Last na ‘yang Nadine niyo. Sana ma-r*p* ‘yan with slow mo para ramdam.”

He remarked, “So much for Women’s month.”

It is not known what prompted the comment.

Prior, Nadine made headlines after resharing a post from a local media outlet which showed an unidentified person holding a checklist of sorts with the phrase “Collect them all.”

It features the names of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Duterte was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport by the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) and local police on the basis of an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) reportedly due to crimes against humanity related to the War on Drugs campaign.
