Primex Realty, Dusit International to open Dusit Greenhills Manila in 2026

Primex Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed developer Primex Corp., has signed a hotel management agreement with Dusit International, one of Thailand's leading hotel and property development companies, for its hotel in Greenhills, San Juan City.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm said, “This partnership marks an exciting new chapter in the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and expanding its portfolio in the luxury hospitality sector."

Under this agreement, Primex Realty will collaborate closely with Dusit to manage and operate Dusit Greenhills Manila, a stylish upper upscale 200-key property, which is set to open around the end of 2026.

The hotel will occupy the top 10 floors of Primex Tower, a 50-storey landmark mixed-use development that will also feature premium offices and retail spaces.

This new project reflects both companies' dedication to elevating hospitality standards while upholding the exceptional service and quality associated with Dusit Hotels and Resorts—hotel arm of Dusit International—renowned worldwide for its Thai-inspired gracious hospitality and attentive service.

He added that, "This agreement aligns with our strategic goals for growth, and we believe that together we will create memorable experiences for our guests while elevating the local community."

The firm said that by combining the strengths of both companies and a shared commitment to upholding the highest international hospitality standards, Dusit Greenhills Manila is poised to become a standout destination in the competitive market.

Dusit Greenhills Manila will offer a world-class urban retreat featuring award-winning Thai restaurant Benjarong, an all-day dining venue, a rooftop bar and swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and a ballroom with breathtaking city views.

Fully equipped meeting rooms will provide seamless connectivity for business and lifestyle events, catering to both leisure and corporate travelers.
