For many Filipinos, home is more than just a place—it’s a sanctuary, a dream, and a lifelong investment. This is exactly what Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) has been offering for over 50 years, building not just houses, but communities where families can grow, thrive, and create memories.
In 2025, the company is set to expand even further, strengthening its presence in emerging areas such as Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Davao, and South Cotabato. Sta. Lucia Land remains committed to developing vibra, sustainable communities that offer a holistic lifestyle.
With a P3 to P5 billion capital expenditure plan, SLI is making bold moves to ensure more Filipinos can experience a well-balanced lifestyle, balancing peace, security, and accessibility to modern conveniences.
“We are optimistic about our prospects this 2025 as we continue to build across the country to address a growing demand for communities beyond traditional city centers,” said SLI President Exequiel Robles. “This targeted expansion not only diversifies our portfolio but also positions us to deliver long-term value for our stakeholders while creating inviting spaces for families and individuals seeking a higher quality of life.”
For homeowners and investors alike, the appeal of SLI lies in its thoughtful approach to development—offering everything from golf and lakeside communities to resort-style properties. Whether it’s a coastal retreat or a peaceful home surrounded by nature, SLI ensures that every investment is one that grows in value.

A decade of partnership
If there’s one thing that Sta. Lucia Land and Bea Alonzo have in common, it’s a commitment to longevity, trust, and quality.
The celebrated actress and real estate investor has been the face of Sta. Lucia Land for 10 years, and in 2025, she continues her journey with the company by renewing her contract as brand ambassador. The signing ceremony, held at Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall in Cainta, Rizal, in February 2025, was attended by top SLI executives including Chairman Vicente Santos, EVP and CFO David Dela Cruz, and VP for Advertising Michelle Robles, among others.
“I only endorse products and companies I truly believe in—and Sta. Lucia Land is one of them,” said Alonzo.
Her first foray into real estate investment began with Sta. Lucia, and it has since shaped her perspective on property ownership. “I’m an investor myself and the first home I ever bought was with Sta. Lucia Land,” she explained. “Based on my personal experience, it was a really beautiful journey with Sta. Lucia. They were with me every step of the way. I feel like investing in one of their properties is actually one of the best ideas that you could ever make.”
Alonzo continued, “Sta. Lucia has been in the business for 50 years, and they’re known for their excellent service. They offer unique properties—lakeside communities, resorts, hotels, and golf developments—so I always have a lot of options that fit my lifestyle.”
For the actress, home isn’t just about a structure—it’s about security, community, and accessibility, three factors that play a big role in all her real estate decisions.
“I prioritize accessibility, the sense of community, and the security of a development,” she explained. “With Sta. Lucia, it feels like family. It's already been a decade but I didn’t really feel like I’ve been with them for that long. It feels like home, to be honest. I'm very grateful that they include me in important events.”
The renewal of Alonzo’s contract underscores Sta. Lucia Land’s credibility among discerning investors, reinforcing its reputation as a brand that people trust for long-term investments.
Lifestyle-driven developments
Sta. Lucia Land’s commitment to creating spaces that foster connection and wellbeing is evident in its expanding portfolio. As of end-2024, the company has developed over 12,000 hectares into more than 300 projects across 70 cities and municipalities.
In May 2024, Sta. Lucia Land introduced El Sitio Nativo in Nasugbu, Batangas, an exclusive coastal community with just 92 lots. Inspired by Filipino, Malay, Polynesian, and Pacific architecture, the development integrates modern smart-home features with resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s playground, and a community clubhouse.

Mindanao is also seeing a wave of development as SLI partners with ARSM Land Inc. to create a six-hectare mixed-use community in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. The project, set to redefine the city’s real estate landscape, will offer premium residential and commercial spaces, boosting the region’s economy while providing quality homes for its residents.
Sta. Lucia Land’s hospitality footprint also continues to expand with SotoGrande Palawan, which opened in November 2024 in Puerto Princesa City. Managed by Enderun Hotels, the 147-room hotel is designed to cater to both corporate and leisure travelers, offering a serene escape with modern comforts.
