OFW shot dead in Ilocos Sur

CAMP PRESIDENT QUIRINO, Ilocos Sur â€“ An Overseas Filipino Worker was gunned down in Sitio Nagtupacan, Barangay Pudoc, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, on Friday morning, March 14.

Police identified the victim as Nerio Clifford Richonda Reynante, a resident of Barangay Pudoc.

Investigation said the victim was driving a motorcycle on his way home after visiting his farm when an unidentified man onboard a motorcycle appeared and shot him.

The victim sustained multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot. The suspect fled.

Police Capt. Pedro Halover, San Vicente chief of police, said that they are pursuing the suspect and conducting follow-up investigation.
