Drug suspect collared, P221K shabu seized in Tanza buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities apprehended a drug suspect and confiscated P221,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Amaya 2, Tanza, on Wednesday, March 12.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the suspect as alias Chris.

The suspect was caught in the act of selling illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer.

During the sting operation, operatives of Tanza Municipal Police Station (MPS) seized more or less 32.5 grams of white crystalline substance.

Alias Chris is now under the custody of Tanza MPS and is facing drug charges.

The confiscated suspected shabu, meanwhile, will be forwarded to the Provincial Forensic Unit for confirmatory testing.
