The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) announced that the reward for information leading to the arrest of alias "Xander" has increased to P2,200,000 as of Tuesday, March 11.

The increase came after Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando pledged an additional P2,000,000 for anyone who could provide information on the fugitive’s whereabouts.
The announcement was made during the first-quarter joint meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), and the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in Malolos City.
Authorities continue their intensified manhunt operation and urge the public to report any leads, assuring informants that their identities will be kept confidential.
Meanwhile, Bocaue Mayor Jonjon Villanueva strongly condemned the brutal killing of the two police officers while they were carrying out an operation against illegal firearms at Sitio Tugatog, NIA Road, Barangay Tambubong, Bocaue, Bulacan, on March 8.
“They sacrificed their lives to serve our people, and we will not allow this injustice to go unpunished. As mayor, I will work closely with authorities to ensure that those responsible are held accountable,” Villanueva said.
To aid in the suspect's capture, Villanueva also pledged an additional P100,000 reward for anyone providing crucial information.
He also appealed to the public for cooperation in seeking justice for the slain officers.
“If you have any information, contact the nearest police station or call 0998-598-5376. Your identity will remain confidential,” he added.

Additionally, PNP Spokesperson and Central Luzon Regional Police Director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo personally visited the wake of SSgt. Dennis Cudiamat and SSgt. Gian George Dela Cruz on Monday.
She also announced that the PNP is also offering a P100,000 reward for credible information leading to the suspect's arrest.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of these brave officers who dedicated their lives to protecting the community. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and we will ensure their families are supported,” Fajardo stated.
She also vowed to relentlessly pursue justice for the fallen officers and ordered all PNP units to intensify operations against criminals, particularly those involved in illegal activities.
